Felt
In traditional wet felting fibres are laid down, soap and water is applied, the piece is rolled and agitated so that the fibres enmesh together to produce a textile. The pieces are worked a number of times creating colours and textures that resonate with the Connemara Landscape. Detail and line are added using needle felting technique.
